Currently we are looking for an Administrative/Executive Assistant to support our CEO and conduct research for the Sales/Marketing team. This full-time, salaried position will work from our Salt Lake City office (no telecommuting or relocation assistance).

Responsibilities

  • Supports CEO
  • Responsible for sales research projects; including product/business development, marketing, and other projects as defined by the CEO
  • Helps CEO manage cross functional projects
  • Handle logistics for executive meetings—room scheduling, equipment, preparation of pre-meeting materials, note-taking, summaries of action items, etc.
  • Manage travel arrangements and submit expense reports
  • Manage task lists and priorities to ensure deadlines are not missed or forgotten
  • Manage sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner
  • Prepare for and host client events in our Salt Lake offices
  • Provides administrative support to VP of Client Relations and VP of Marketing and the overall company
  • Other projects as needed

Qualifications

  • College degree required
  • Excellent research and communication skills
  • Some experience with market research required
  • A passion for efficiency and organization
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented
  • Self-directed and self-motivated
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and preferably WordPress and Prezi
  •         Experience with CRM Systems a plus
  • Strong internet skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Professional with all levels of management, staff, and clients
