AllenComm offers a suite of performance improvement solutions designed to support client needs for business transformation. Our solutions include upfront analysis and development of web-based training, instructor-led training, performance support, etc., for a select (Fortune 500) clientele. Currently we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to help us find the best talent. The individual in this role will partner with the HR manager and hiring managers to source, screen and interview and assess candidates in a timely manner while providing a meaningful and positive candidate experience.   • Perform full life cycle of recruiting activities to meet the organizations needs including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending offers
  • Actively partner with our hiring managers and the business HR Manager to understand needs
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Maintain consistent communications with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle
  • Work with hiring managers and HR manager to fully understand their needs and develop positional recruitment strategies
  • Provide timely and accurate data to maintain recruiting metrics
  • Participate in employment events such as career fairs
  • Partner with schools and organizations to help inspire our members of our community to consider careers in Instructional Design and related fields.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experienced in utilizing and leveraging social media for recruiting efforts
  • Experienced in a wide array of recruiting strategies
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a quickly changing environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
